Amiga Arena ha da poco messo on-line la ISO del gioco Land of Genesis che dopo tanti anni dalla pubblicazione ho reso freeware (aggratis). Feci un lavoro colossale che richiese molti anni, specialmente di programmazione in assembler per 68000, per non parlare della grafica "pixellosa". Vecchi tempi.
Con un emulatore Amiga ci si può giocare su PC

On the website you linked to I can see "Land.of.Genesis.Fix.v1_0gt+Trainer.zip" for download but where can one get the full .ISO from?

I'm sure it was legally available few years ago on some German amiga web site :) and yes, patch fix few things to make this game more fair and fun to play.
