As first I apologize for starting using forum without introducing. Guess I never learned "internet etiquette" as after swapping my beloved Amiga for bloody cyrix in late 90s I lost all interests in computers and even stopped playing games(especially I'm not fond of 3D ones). I used(obviously still am) computers and internet only cause I had to, without joy, although I was using internet and BBSs before that with Amiga. So this is my first forum I ever joined and only after noticed that new members introduce themselves.
So back then I had A1200, Blizzard1230, Quantum Fireball 1.7GB, Overdrive CD, Elsa 28.8... what a machine... Nothing beats the feeling when under Shape Shifter I played Warcraft over modem against my friend on PC. How proud I was... I'm still desirefull to have similar or stronger Amiga(now I have CD32) I read adds and still dream like a kid how it would be to have 060 or even PPC... About two years ago I got as a gift Atari2600 clone with 100+ built-in games(that was my first console I had as a kid). After turning it on, for full hour I couldn't rid of a smile on my face while I was playing it. I was switching games and remembered every single one. I was hooked and continued to collect retro consoles and AmigaCD32 was a must! So that's how I got back. and in addition to introducing something retro exclusive you might find interesting. Recently I made DIY MIDI(karaoke) album on diskette of a band I'm playing in bass. It's actually Rockabilly Psychobilly Horror Punk with catchy tunes but in MIDI version for me it sounds just like it came straight from Monkey Island :) unfortunately still no english versions. http://youtu.be/F86YctoJl6Y http://youtu.be/KR1ncEPZbUY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTSoY6pd_iM https://www.facebook.com/pages/Goatm...58976160856285 |
