unreleased anywayz..........so if it was not found you should never know if it is "weird" or "super cool"

Predseda 26 October 2020 23:19

I am probably not able to play it properly.

DamienD 26 October 2020 23:45

Alrighty... so been messing about as I usually do :p

I've now made a nice disk that incorporated both of the following into one:
a) Jab-Jum.adf
b) Jab-Jum Graphics.adf

https://i.imgur.com/MFjQ8xk.png
The disk runs the same as the original i.e. A500 / OCS / KS 1.3 / 1MB Chip RAM.

I purposely left the "INTRO" off the disk... even though it was quite nice, it was flaky as hell, and only loaded a third of the time :p

"Jab-Jum (demo-playable) (1996)(Ozzy - Joerix)[unreleased].zip" is now in The Zone for anyone that want ;)

I have contact with the programmer and there is NO final version, maybe i will get the complete AMOS source, and hopefully it has a level editor, so maybe someone can debug the game (colission issues) and make some more levels if anybody is interested.

Otherwise this game will only be a preview......

DamienD 27 October 2020 00:30

Bah, slightly updated the disk as I didn't leave enough time between the "graphics" slideshow to appreciate the images...

DamienD 27 October 2020 15:28

@Neil79

If you are going to download / link to my custom single disk on your Indie Retro News article; then at least credit me...

It took quite a few hours to create this.

source codes

seems i also found the source codes, about 10+ disks with all kinda amos source codes, most disks have r/w errors but almost all disk are are there a few times it look like a level editor is there as well, I will ask the progammer if i can put all online for those who wanna play with it...fingers crossed

some issues in the game should be fixed, like collision issues, maybe some amos professor can make some out of it......

thanks to argus to send me the disks...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Into the Zone! a version (based on DD's ADF) for A500 (512KB+512KB), with intro reinserted.
No credit for me, I was just curious as to why the intro was giving trouble.
So I just made it go with a few lines of code (I have not patched the intro in any way, need to be delocated to work in any machine, it's not worth doing it).
