Scavenge Demo is now up on Aminet...

http://aminet.net/package/game/2play/Scavenge_Game_Demo

I intend to intensify my search for this game in 2011... maybe some friendly coder would even like to re-program it !!

Retro1234 30 December 2010 14:54

Has the Demo been cracked? - removing the anoying nag screen?

Arnie 30 December 2010 17:22

No still there. That has got to be the most annoying nag screen ever!

Peter 30 December 2010 18:10

I agree... the demo is severely restricted...!

It would be great if a very enthusiastic Amiga programmer would take up the project!

Retro1234 14 February 2011 23:53

Any News?

Dont know if its of any use to you with the Demo being so restricted I uploaded it anyway in the Zone -I needed to test something and used this demo -Theres a Basic Map Editor/Tile Mover in the Zone

Maybe someone can track down the timer that cripples the Demo

Peter 15 February 2011 00:29

No luck finding the full version yet I'm afraid... is it possible to get into the program to disable the restriction do you think?
It would still leave a lot of the game missing, weapons, maps etc... but it would be something I suppose...

What do you think this game was programmed in... AMOS?

Retro1234 15 February 2011 11:28

I couldnt say what it was programed in - I just wondered if as a partial solution the timer to the nag screen could be trained

Good luck with your search:)
