ZuneView are updated to support masks in ilbm output for transparence (alpha channel is converted to mask based on the transparence threshold from the quantization interface, default is "0", i.e. not mask.

Now more "Amiga" software, it can save images in ILBM format; updated resizing function, inherited ZuneView average resize filter.
