Those multiple games on one disk releases.
 

Back in the day there were loads of floppies shared :blased that had numerous games ripped and compressed to fit several onto one floppy disk.

Is there a comprehensive list of these? Are they available as standard .adf images?

Does your list capture all the multigame disks, or just those with hidden games?

Like s2325 said have a look on the file server in 'Commodore_Amiga/TOSEC/Compilations/Games (TOSEC-v2012-12-20_CM)' for starters :)

It's list of games which are not visible in filename.
I know 2 official compilations: Dizzy Collection http://hol.abime.net/370 and Raiders http://hol.abime.net/5003 - on this compilation games have different title screens.
