Starting off in Amiga Forever

I have just bought Amiga Forever Plus, loaded it up and registered it. I am immediately faced with a problem where the mouse (in the Amiga screen) freezes and the Amiga desktop seems to shift over to the right. I downloaded a DX runtime thing to update but no luck...I seem to have bought a headache unless someone can give me a remedy...any ideas anyone???

What system are you trying to run?

Is that full screen in the pic? Does it do the same in 1x screen size?

Right click on the system file you want to load and choose edit, then choose configuration from the menu, you can alter the screen position using screen clip.

Amiga 4000 but It does the same with every single one of the systems I choose.

Arnie thanks, screen shot is x1 and I cannot do anything because my mouse pointer has frozen.
I am spending all day today on it so I hope to achieve a result...

Try 'full screen' instead of 'full window'.

So far so good, I bought an SSD and installed my OS on it and its now going to be my dedicated drive for AF only. So I installed AF 2013 and its now fine, no screen shift and mouse pointer is fine......So...... Is there anyone who knows how to get me started with the 2013 version, I need to find out how to install games onto a hard drive first starting with Amiga 500 so I can get cracking on some old games. One I always wanted to finish was It Came from the Desert....
