which key do you mean in particular? The LMB for the Levelskipper? Because this is the only key you can use more than once.

The power up key f1

this key is not a toggle option, once you have activated the powerups, you will keep the abilities even after death.

Ehm, no I don't keep the powerups after death. Well, you dont have to take my word for it. Here I made a video (check back later if it is still processing. The file is ~200MB):

I included the whole loading process to show I really selected the ingame keys.
After death I'm back to the sissy girl. No powerups and the F1 does not help.
See for yourself. (Action actually starts at 1:13).

thank you very much for taking the time to make a video about this issue.
When I see it correctly you are running the game on an A600? Can you tell me which Kick version your amiga has? I need to simulate the environment somehow to get an idea where the problem is. On an emulator with Kick 2.05 and/or Kick 3.1 this problem does not appear. I wonder; Does anyone else have similar problems??

DopPie 28 August 2016 08:35

It is an early A600 rev 1.1 with ks3.1 and an aca620, a604n with indi ecs.

Soms whdload Games act strange on my system too. There may be some compatibility issues with the chipset or something.

If you want to try stuff feel free to send me pilot versions. Glad to help.

Ok, I tested this on my newly build A1200. With the Blizzard 1230 32MB fast ram it just craps out with a software failure.

So, I switched the blizzard off and then it has the exact same behavior as shown in the video I made. The good thing is this means my A600 is not nuts:D
It also means I have no real hardware the trainer seems to work on. Pitty the whdload does not have an infinite lives trainer.
