How do I use a custom kickstart in AF8 Value Edition?
 

Hi, I have Amiga Forever 8 Value Edition, but I do not know how do I configure it to use a custom kickstart. I cannot find the right place in the GUI where I supposedly could select an external kickstart file. Is it even possible to do it in the Value Edition?

Someone can help me? Thanks. ;)

EDIT: Grrrr, I only found now after I have posted this message, that I can't start any custom configuration that I've done because this feature only works in the Plus Edition. :mad

EDIT1: I think that is too limiting to be usable, even for a budget product like the Value Edition! But I thank Cloanto for releasing it for free for a limited time, I liked the product despite these limitations. :great

you could use just winuae instead of amiga forever package, so you can handle any configuration you want.

i purchased amiga forever only for kickstart and workbench files, to own these files legally. but i don't use amiga forever.
i use said kickstart files in combination with an external installation of winuae (which is independent from amiga forever).
