A few days ago it was published on Aminet DClock16 with related sources, promptly an AROS ABIv0 version has been compiled.

Yes, thanks to the available sources the AROS version is new

a guy called padrino uploaded it, as i havent been able to upload anything to aminet, even if i used amiftp. :(
dclock16 has been republished to aminet because of me. :D it started with my post with screenshot in a1k.
not much later i have been asked, what clock shown in my screenshot. so i started trying to upload dclock16.
i uploaded it first as attachment to a post within a1k forum, then i tried to upload it to aminet several times.
finally, padrino uploaded it to aminet. everything in german, so sorry for that. :D

How is it related to DClock2, if at all?

not at all, it's completely different software by completely different author...
