Reason:

Well ... there COULD be a certain reason why HOL guys provide a field in their database containing the game's name so that you can read it off HOL, couldn't there? ;)
Why double the "paperwork" by doing everything twice? ;)

Cheatcode?
 

The HOL page says no cheatcode, but try typing motherfuckenkiwibastard (note the misspelling) at the title screen..

That never worked for me, I always used "fluffykiwis"...

motherfuckenkiwibastard might be motherfuckinkiwibastard

This cheat works with the C64 version of the game. I don't know about amiga. IIRC, screen should blink when cheat is applied but I may be wrong. It has been more than 11 years.

Most games on HOL don't have cheat codes. The main reason behind this (as I see it) is because the HOL team focuses their energy more on addition and verification of game data (eg. Game names, publishers, developers, year of release, etc) rather than smaller things like cheats.

You must also realise that HOL is incomplete and is continuously being worked on.

Eventually, who knows. Maybe every game will have cheats....I said MAYBE! :)
