A2000A / Rev4 with Expansions
I recently purchased an Amiga 2000A (Rev 4/Germany) and hadn't yet had the chance to unbox and open it up. Superficially it was really nice, and I had seen some odd-angle shots of the inside showing it was nice, but I figured I'd share with the group as it was an interesting find for me. On opening the box I found an MS-DOS disk and a Kickstart disk, got a chuckle and kept on.

I was a bit startled to see the 1MB card and the big slotted card to the left that I didn't recognize, but saw that it was wired up to the 5 1/4" floppy drive: https://i.imgur.com/JOPDO2El.jpg High-Res Image Click Here 1MB Ram Expansion in the MMU slot - supposedly won't work if I shove a Vampire V2+ in? Anyways, pretty clean Amiga and I'm sure I'll have fun with it; just wanted to share. Maybe not as interesting as some of the cool mods and upgrades you all post, but hey! |
Congratulations, this beautiful!

Wow looks very clean, new condition! Great machine!! My A2500 is not nearly as clean :)

I'd remove the battery ASAP before it starts to leak...
Great machine BTW -- I have the same setup, though not as clean as yours! |
Wow! Look´s brand new! Congratz! So fun to see this machines up and running.
I made a quite good deal for a A1200 with a 1084S and a printer a couple of weeks ago. So funny to open up the "new" stuff and check the condition inside. Thank you for the pictures and have a nice time with your "New" Amiga. :) |
