Expansion card for A1200

Does anyone know of a reliable place based in the UK (other than AmigaKit) where i can purchase an A1200 memory expansion board?

I did look at retropassion but it looks like they dont sell them.

ANALOGIC have been good, selling Amiga for as long as I can remember

They have their own site too if you prefer

If you want one from iComp you can send it my way (Germany) and I'll forward it onwards.

Retro Ready is another UK based supplier, they have the following 8MB A1200 card:

Out of curiosity, is it just a memory expansion you're looking for, or memory plus CPU?

Hi McG - I actually have one of the Analogic cards that I bought not working and when I swapped out the SIMM it seems fine. Have an 030 in the 1200 and a vampire 1200 in the post so it's not needed.

If you are interested - pm me and we can sort something out. I'll need to test it a bit but don't want to fiddle with removing my accelerator if you don't need it any more.

They invest in nothing new for the Amiga AFAIK, they apparently sat on a vast Amiga Inventory for decades, then spent the last 10 years having the longest Amiga closing down sale in history.

Well, lucky for them that they could hold onto the inventory all these years. It's a sellers market again. :-)
