Championship Manager Install Problems

I've got a Amiga 1200, with blizzard IV accelerater with 32mb of memory. I managed to get the game to install by installing the files seperatly on the harddrive. The harddrive installer supplied with the game isn't up to much. The game worked fine on workbench 3.0. Now I've upgraded to O.S. 3.9 the game installs and runs but I get no text in the boxes.

I've tried most of the championship manager games '93, '95, italia and they all do this. Someone was writing a WHDLOAD install for championship manager 2 its been in progress for over a year and seems to have vanished from the homepage. I was hoping this would fix my problems. Any one know of a way I could fix this. I love this game and the pc version of this is way too slow and complicated.

Try this from execute command in the WB:

Assign Fonts: dh1:Games/ChampManager/Fonts add
Assign Libs: dh1:Games/ChampManager/Libs add

where dh1:Games/ChampManager is the drawer containing all files

then click on the program/icon to run it.

I suggest you to create an icon containing this script and run it using IconX.
