Daphne emulator's home gone ?

Hi,

It seems daphne-emu.com has become unreachable (but wiki is still here) :( . To those who aren't aware about this project, Daphne and Daphne loader are (were ?) the two parts of a famous Laserdisc emulator for playing Digital Leisure games such as Dragon's Lair & Space Ace.

Recently, MAME has started to offer support for some of these LD games, so it's probably not coincidental that dev. of the emu was halted at v1.0 beta. Let's hope Matt Ownby is still interested in pursuing support for this great emulator.

Using Google Cache you can see posts in their forum dated 25th May 2010 so it did not disappear too long ago.

The Daphne site is in the process of changing hosting providers! It will be back soon!
May be I shouldn't have sounded so alarmed. Let's just wait & see.

All fixed now.

Still, I am not too sure about Daphne's future. What will happen when all the games will be supported by MAME ? Of course, Daphne is still miles beyond but MAME dev team is capable, we have seen it done before with other platforms.
