And with sending to the Canary Islands -Spain-? Tell me (PM if you like), but I'm interested to preorder one. Decathon and others were amazing on the Spectrum 48k.

I live in Norway, so I expect the shipping will be higher, bug that's not an issue... I really want a copy of this book! :)

Kehil 02 November 2013 07:59

Can you tell us more details, please? Chapter index, book or magazine format... Thank you

Threads merged and thread renamed appropriately too :)

@boyo

Next time, just ask for the thread to be renamed rather than starting an identical (almost) thread ;)

That last picture is great, but they can't draw cartoon turtles can they??

Here is a sample of the first 15 pages of the book, plus Simon Butler's memoir in full. The book is 264 pages. The paper inside is 155gsm silk and the cover 350gsm. The Ocean logo on the cover will be embossed.

I hope theres a write up about RoboCop 3 in there...... runs away

Codetapper 18 November 2013 01:27

Gary Bracey has denied all the Robocop 3 rumours, saying that none of it was true.

Sorry for hijacking this thread a little, but in other news, I'm starting up a kickstarter campaign myself to write a "History of Tiertex" book, pre-orders are being taken now. Galahad has already indicated he'll want several copies to read on the bus, toilet etc...

It will detail the history of the company and interviewing all their TOP programmers, especially Donald "Rolling Thunder, Street Fighter, Human Killing Machine" Campbell and Dr John "Strider, Dynasty Wars" Prince who released their most memorable titles ;)

dlfrsilver 18 November 2013 19:18

no Ian, are you serious or just kidding us ? You already know that they will say :
"huh.....huuuuhhhhhh XD, yeh guys ye know that the ST was the thing above, with its huh....huh...cough....cough very simple yet straight disk format/loader/disk drive....

lolilolololilol :cheese

Lonewolf10 25 November 2013 22:58
