Licenced GFX for my next project.
GFX for my next game.
So after attempting to bring on a few different GFX artists to work with me on my next game I've decided to simply license graphics for commercial use and build a game around them It's not that the GFX guys won't work with me, it's simply that they're overloaded already. Anyway...here's what I have so far which I really like... (they probably have already been used in other games though). https://anokolisa.itch.io/ So I'm on the lookout for some nice sprites to go with them. I am actually a really big fan of Impossible Mission, Turrican and Spellbound so I'm looking to take all of the elements in those games and make them into my own - a mash-up. The game name will be Kill-Chain...as in a military kill chain. If you stumble on some good sprites that might fit then please let me know. Geezer |
Cool, and wish you all the best creating this ;)
...but which graphics have you purchased; all packs listed? |

I'm just working on an engine to be able to mesh all the layers together in 256 colour mode. It should look nice. |
Honestly...those packs are not the best really.... maybe ok for prototyping.. but I'd definitely approach a proper Amiga pixel artist for gfx work ;)

Ask Henk Nieborg. He's the best. Would love to see a Nieborg/Cowie co-production. :)

Well, it depends on your plans. If you would like to do a proper commercial game it's possible. For a free game, not so much.

This game goes on the wishlist for Hülsbeck alone, the graphics is an added bonus. :D |
Ten Shu is hooked in the upcoming DS Games production I think.
