Anyone around Oxfordshire want the ultimate CRT?

Ok so it's 16:9 but is an amazing picture. I'm really reluctant to let it go as it won't make much. I had planned to keep it in the conservatory but we're building a new one and I've no place to put it in the mean time.

The picture is great. Works with Amiga/Atari/Falcon/Nintendo and lots of other retro consoles both in 16:9 mode and 4:3 mode. 50Hz & 60Hz of course.

The picture shows me playing Banjo Tooie on an RGB modified USA N64. It looks so much better than my HD Plasma :(

Priority to members of EAB/Amibay/Atari-Forum/Segaxtreme/Amiga.org.

Just PM me if you want it outside of evilbay.

Dude! A 32 inch CRT must weigh a tonne!

It can just about lift it on my own without the stand but I'm a strong guy. I'd say most people would struggle. Two people can easily lift it.

About 62 kg?

alexh 19 May 2013 18:40

60.5 Kg is what the manual says.

Likely because having a Sherman Tank in your living room is just a bother as you wait for the floors to collapse.

It lives in our conservatory which was built of wood by hand in 1952. I want to knock it down and build a brick kitchen extension. This will take about 3-5 months during which I have no spare dry storage.

I have three arcade machines (19" Marble Madness, 19" Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters, 25" Pitfighter/JAMMA) which currently live in the conservatory and need to come inside the house during this time and are going to take up all of the space.

Nice. Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters is such an awesome game.
