Benefactor Access Fault $4008

I get this just before the level starts.

Could this be because I am using OS3.2 without real ROMS

Version is 1.2 with issue 4610 fixed.

no this is without influence
there is an other problem

I wish this was fixed as I can not play one of my favorite games on my Amiga without a hassle. :(
