PFS3 partitions full after format?

Had some problems earlier with PFS3 and errors:

http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=65459

So, I took a 4 GB card and started installing/prepping it in Winuae (the cf card is hooked up via a usb card reader I've used numerous times before). I can partition it just fine with Hdtoolbox (PFS/3 filesystem, correct MaxTransfer etc) and I can run pfsformat just fine. The problem is that ClassicWB27Lite shows the volumes 99% full after format. The disk sizes are correct, but they are shown to be almost full.

What is this? Also My ClassicWB27Lite cannot start pfsdoctor, because some progress.gadget is missing? Any advice to this? I also tried the ClassicWB27Full, but the same problem.

A few days back I had a working system and now everything is going wrong :( All the help highly appreciated!

Ok, got it working. I just added a new filesystem pfs3-020ds in hdtoolbox although there was a "pfs3" already after installing ClassiWB27Lite. Repartitioned and formatted and Voila! Now the disks seem to be ok :great Still, the PFSdoctor does not work. Any help on that?

Copy progress.gadget to sys:classes/gadgets.
