My Amiga Demo Collection as Thumbnails

(Look in The Zone for the ZIP)

I thought recently that I should finally buckle down and take screenshots of all the title screens of my Amiga demos in WinUAE, and while it took a long time, at least it's easier to remember the unique logos featured rather than a list of names.

When a demo has had a distinctive title image, I have screenshots of those, and in those few cases where it's hard, then a memorable image from the demo is featured instead.

One image per demo is enough, I believe, as otherwise the storage space would rack up quickly, and it would be difficult picking out various moments in each demo as it is.

The images should all be the same dimensions, but NTSC demos will be shorter vertically.

I just thought I'd share my snapping with others, might be useful to somebody.

As for the filenames, I use the following Pouet.net information:

* The letter at the start is my configuration I use to run the demos in WinUAE
* The name of the demo, shortened if necessary and as it appears on Pouet.net, minus illegal characters for filenames
* The year of release in brackets
* The numbers represent the demogroup(s) that made the demo, which are Pouet.net group IDs
* The number with a @ prefix is the Pouet.net page for the demo itself

EDIT: To make things easier, I thought I'd upload to The Zone a program I wrote (LinkPouet) that lets users open Pouet.net prod pages by dragging and dropping the thumbnail files into its window.

Thank you, Nightshft :)

Also, LinkPouet is not just a single drag'n'drop program, I've dragged as many as twenty files to it at a time and they've opened up in separate tabs in Chrome. Comes in useful for mass browsing.
