BTW: they tested what was back then a release candidate, but then, while preparing the package, the website and other stuff, new ideas came so now the game is even richer.

If you want to know more about the game, have a look at:
* the website;
* the Facebook page;
* the devlog;

Please note that there's no release date yet. And, as in the best Amiga tradition, there will be one only when it's done.

Thanks to klx300r (a betatester), who is always so supportive!

(I wish it was just 2! The game itself is ready, but preparing the release is a lot of work, and time is limited.)

Thanks. I've been silently working on it since Dec. 31, 2010, and, in the meanwhile, some major changes happened in my life (and I also worked on other stuff), so it took quite a long time...

EDIT: and I forgot to add that, until about 1 week ago, my AmigaOne had been dead since the beginning of the year, so I was all but sure I would release the AmigaOS version, although most of the development had been done on AmigaOS.

Hi all, I'm back... this time I have some more juicy stuff to show - here's a little trailer:

(accessible to everybody, also to who doesn't use Facebook) http://www.amigans.net/uploads/smil3dbd4e398ff7b.gif

I'm also very happy to announce that the game will be published by RGCD (www.rgcd.co.uk), a truly passionate retro game publisher (that probably some of you already know)!

Huenison demo released

Hi all,

it took a while, but finally it's time to try Huenison yourself http://amigaworld.net/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif

THE FREE DEMO IS AVAILABLE NOW!

Get it from http://www.retream.com/Huenison and have fun!

DDNI 29 June 2013 16:52

Oh man! I really need to get my house extension finished! until then my X1000 is boxed :(

Thanks for this Saimo!

saimo 29 June 2013 17:43

Hey DDNI, if you can't wait and excuse the heresy and the swear words, chances are that you can try it anyway: it's also for Windows, and runs fine under Wine on Linux and MacOS ;)

klx300r 29 June 2013 18:04

:great:bowdown:D

saimo 30 June 2013 12:46

OK people, some more information now that the publisher's pages are up...

RGCD announced the release of the demo in style here, including also an interview (pruned of the excessive blabbering) with me. Those who are really curious can read the full version at https://www.facebook.com/notes/hueni...84266271694267 ;)
I guess you also would like to know when the game will be released and how much it will be: it should be out in a couple of weeks and, as the shop page indicates, it will be ridiculously inexpensive: just 2.99 GBP :D

klx300r 02 July 2013 06:09

@ saimo

dirt cheap price for such an original quality game IMHO

Originally Huenison was supposed to be released also on physical media, but the idea was evenutally put aside. Now was an appropriate time to finally make it happen: releasing it together with BOH Deluxe allows people to get both in one go and thus save on shipping expenses.

This is the package (click on the picture to see it in full size):

https://thumbs2.imgbox.com/56/44/zVlzl89I_t.png

Features:
* latest version of BOH for AmigaOS 4 and Windows (as released digitally a few months ago);
* Enhanced CD that be used also to listen to the soundtrack on an audio CD player;
* CD with outstanding glossy finish;
* hugely improved manual;
* improved artwork;
* transparent DVD case;
* double-sided inlay that has some cool stuff on the inner side.

The orders have just been opened:

If you have questions, I'll be happy to answer ;)
