Maybe somebody can ID an Amiga 500 game I can only describe badly.
It's a top down shooter. A guy armed with a shotgun walking around some sort of base, opening doors and shooting the guards which leaves blood splatters.
The character graphics were quite small, smaller than in Alien Breed for sure, maybe a bit like in the first Grand Theft Auto.
I dont remember if the screens were scrolling or switched.

I found Dreamweb, but it's not the game I look for, but the graphics look pretty close.
It's more like the game Blackthorne but with top down graphics.
Anyway, maybe it's a PC game after all. I'm not even sure anymore. I was watching Amiga stuff on youtube, lots of it, and the game was I think in some Amiga games Top100 or such compilation type video.

Not technically a top down shooter but Syndicate sound very similar and does contain lots of blood splatters.
