ARSoftware 22 April 2011 19:24

My Anti-Malware is blocking SendSpace.com due to alleged Phishing. I'll an an exclusion and work around it.

TCD 22 April 2011 19:30

Might have a look for another file hoster then. If you don't want to use the site, just download it from the zone here :)

Edit : Just read your update on your download page and thought I should mention that the version isn't for 'HD install', but is already 'HD installed' ;)

ARSoftware 22 April 2011 20:28

No problem. I added the exclusion for sendspace.com and downloaded the file. I've also updated my site to host the HD version. Thanks.

I don't seem to have access to the Zone at the moment, permission restriction. I'm guessing the administrator of the forum has to grant access.

Hello there ARSoftware - really looking forward to playing the games!

Thanks so much for sharing them with us here on EAB

Stick around and enjoy some more Amiga things!

Peter 23 April 2011 10:06

I cant get on your page ARSoftware...?!

TCD 23 April 2011 10:12

Hmm, works here (but loads a bit slow). Should put any of the games in the zone for you Peter?

ARSoftware 23 April 2011 10:52

I'm going to be tidying up my website a bit over the Easter break, there's a fair amount of redundant code that needs to be removed.

Try going from the home page to the About page: http://www.arsoftware.co.uk

prowler 23 April 2011 17:12

Just posting to confirm that Sendspace is working fine here. No need for another file hoster yet, TCD. :great

(Problem was likely just another anti-malware false alarm like that which prevented me from accessing EAB recently. ;))

TCD 23 April 2011 17:17

Thanks for confirming prowler :) Heard that there are quite a few pop-ups if you don't use Adblock, so I might still have a look around next time I use a file hoster.

Retro1234 23 April 2011 17:34

Well Done Guys looking forward to giving this a play : )

Peter 23 April 2011 20:47

... I'm in now... I suppose we could put the Amiga games on the EAB server... just for very safe keeping - if that's OK with ARSoftware.

TCD 23 April 2011 20:56

Yep, would be great to add it to the collection :)

ARSoftware 26 April 2011 11:09

Absolutely. Feel free to host the games on your web server.

TCD 26 April 2011 11:11

Thanks :) I will upload it then.

Peter 26 April 2011 12:59

I really enjoyed reading this...

Great interview with ARSoftware!

The AmigaPD Website is looking great these days...!!

Also... TCD, I guess we could change the thread title now from In Progress to "Found"

Good idea and done :)

mr.vince 27 April 2011 16:34

Has reading all disks worked so far? Otherwise we'd be pleased to lend a KryoFlux for transfer, just in case...

Thanks for sharing!

Cheers!
