DTCS Player
 

I cant find such a player in the whole net, does it exists somewhere?

Maybe I found what you are looking for...

At least I found a player on my recent archeology-trip into my disk collection from 1989. I found a very old file which contained the "DTCS" in its header and a player which could play this file.

I think this was a software to generate intros or something like that with an iff-image, a looping digi-sound and a scroller.

Drop me a nope if you still need the player.
