What an Idiot!
 

I'm currently playing Future Wars, the first point and click I ever played, and in my opinion, one of the best.

I'm stuck in a cell, and I need too place a gas canister in a vent hole....... I should have picked the canister up about 20 mins ago, but I forgot all about it!! Now I have to go back, and replay half of the game again.

What a n00b I am! I've played this game about 6 times, so I can't believe I made such a rookie mistake.

Have you ever done such a silly mistake in a game like this?

Yeah, I've been there too but don't remember a specific game; just the old remember to get the key to the door so you can kill foozle that was inside the mailbox you forgot to open at the beginning of the game :crazy :spin :lol

Oh you forgot to do this ???

Well then you need to start a new character as there is no way back, HA!!!

Its called getting older! I am forgetting EVERYTHING these days and making lots of stupid little mistakes.

BTW - Futures Wars is one of my favourite adventures :) I haven't played it since 1990 but damn that game gave me the biggest internal buzz when i first played it ;)

Known problem. I just had not KNOWN anything about that gas capsule thing until I was stuck in the Crughon prison. It's really a very idiotic part of the game...I had to put the question to a magazine back then ("Internet"? Hah! Where?) and they told me you need a gas capsule to get out of that prison, and where to find it. Let alone it's located at an odd place the average person would not ever bother to look, that is. :guru

same here, i have to write everything down so I don't forget! :lol
