[Found: Navy Seals] Can't find a retrogame, Please help me:

It 's be long time since l'm looking for an Amiga game , but i ve not been able to find it.
Here the description of what i remember, hoping that you can help me =) :

It is a side scrolling game (as turrican for example). There is a Man (soldier or spy) inside a lab (or military structure). There is a main characteristic of this game: the health level of the soldier/spy is indicated through his face (visible in a bar below, such as batman return game), and as soon as he losts Life, the face starts to deforming, becoming a scheleton. Please help me because this is the last game i need to find, thank you =)

Military + face turning to skeleton has to be Navy Seals. Deliverance doesn't take place in a military complex (or middleage military complex then :))

I discovered it a few months ago only, and it's solid btw.
