JumpOff - A free remake of "One Step Beyond" for mobile phones.
 

A few months ago I started to program a J2ME (mobile Java) clone of an Amiga puzzler called "One Step Beyond". As the game is now almost complete, I decided to release it on the Christmas Eve.

The site provides all the information and downloads, please take a while to read the notes, especially the compatibility stuff.

As you can see, t's not a straight port, the game looks and sound different to OSB, but it plays (much) the same. The soundtrack features tracks from Turrican 2 and Cannon Fodder ;)

I'm waiting for comments, let me know if you like the game and whether it works or not on your phone.

A major update:
- All 100 original levels available!
- much BETTER and much more responsible controls.
- Highly improved compatibility

I consider the game completed for now. There are versions suited for Sony-Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola and Siemens handsets with 128x160, 176x220, 176x208, 240x320 screens (and similiar).
