Missing parts?

Hi,

I just got a Competition Pro joystick, and having some problems with it.
I wanted to try it out, but after connecting, several functions weren't working well.
When I removed the covers to have a look inside, I found this.
It seems to me that there are missing components, that's why it doesn't operates. Could someone ensure this, and give some clues (or photos) what to choose for a complete fix?
Sorry for the bad quality, I just had my mobile for making the photo.

Thanks,
Reynolds

Szia Reynolds,
It looks like you're missing two contact plates on the fire buttons, I can see the contacts but no 'bridge'

If you can't find anything similar, I'd put two microswitches in their places, all I can offer I don't own one of these joysticks.

Lillafured is beautiful.

Watch out for escaping magic.

Hi Reynolds,

I have one with working buttons but up and left directions do not work IIRC, you're welcome to have it for the cost of P&P to salvage for parts.

Steve.

Oops sorry mines a Zipstick :(

Szia :)

Lillafüred is not the only place in Hungary which is beautiful. I could suggest several dozens if you can visit :)

Yeah, it was quite clear that the fire buttons have been demolished. Also one direction fails, as I can't see the small plastic piece in it's place as it is available in the other three directions. I just have to examine, what is the height of the switches to be replaced.

It seems that I'll have a second, so possibly I'll be able to get the right switches. I really hope, it seems to be a good stick to be played in Speedball 2 for example :)
Thanx for your offer, btw.

I just have to find something which does the trick. Thanks.
