I'm looking for scans of this magazine (esp. the later issues), but there don't seem to be any available?

I'm pretty sure Imagine Publishing would have a thing or two to say about that (given that back issues are still available, they've released two DVDs with old issues on them, and they've released about five 'bookazines' which are compilations of features from old issues and the like) so basically, if you want them, buy them.

Like previous poster said, this magazine is still actively sold, and as a retro gamer myself, I think they should be supported by buying the magazine.
As for these specific issues that are out of print, combined economy shipping would cost only about €25 for all of them, so let me know if you are interested?
