Amiga Adapter - Connect Ps2 / Usb Mouse
 

Here's ebay link to Amiga - PC mouse adapter. Its in the same price range as other adapters but I think its cool due to the options: PS2 or USB mouse and connect 2 joysticks at same time. I think you have to supply your own enclosure for external use.
