Dear friend i hope you can reply my message as i saw in the forum you have made an excellent job with your amiga from my late 18 year old i have great fun with my amiga by paasing by i borough mine to my brother that sold my amiga i now found ebay and bought an 600 and another 600 board by trying to connect a cd rom coupled with the cf 4gb card i think i burned the processor because it heats too much and no image displayed i thought about change and put an smd socket i cutted the 68000 pins with a mini drill and unsoldered the rest of it my question is can i solder the socket with a regular smd solder station with the iron or do i use the heat pump to solder by heat and a guy in amigamanica has 68030 processors can i used them and change the crytal in the amiga does it work ? could i run amiga os 3.5 with that cpu and 1mb expanded ram i am from portugal and apologise my bad english congratulation for your work on your amiga

I'm from France, and I own a NTSC CD32.
Connected to my PAL LCD Screen, the colours were right, but the screen was overscaned and I could not see the botom. The sound was also a bit pitched up. (Music (mods) were playing faster).

So decided to lift the Alice 41 pin, with success:

but now, the music is playing good, the screen isn't overscaned anymore (I can see the botom menu of simon the sorcerer as example) but the screen doesn't display the right colours :)
