I think im using the same version of Fire and Ice as you do. Except i downloaded the Trainer ADF for both disk 1 and 2, although it doesn't matter as i guess they're compatible, after selecting the options on the trainered disk 1, it asks you whether you want to use the options or disable the trainer anyway. :)
I don't have that disk, and all my Amiga stuff is back home in New Zealand, so sorry I can not help. I think that game was called Biker Dave. Hopefully some one will upload it to the zone for you?
