Looking for ?

Yup the heading is correct I need the name.

All I can do is try and describe something about the game.

The front of the box has a picture of a big bird and and the games protection was in that you placed a transparent grid over the box art and then you would be asked for colours from certain random squares.

All I can recall I am afraid, apart from being with somebody when they bought it.

Sorry so vague.........

Edit: Is that not always the way, try to recall a game, post, then in the newxt 5 minutes find the thing, CHRONO QUEST was the game.......

Happy

I'd suggest Chrono Quest but unfortunately there are only 6 question marks in the title of the thread, so only the Chrono part would fit, therefore it can't be it.

Following up on this thread, I'm trying to recall a game, it was an early predecessor of "The Typing Of The Dead", but the vocabulary was much simpler; all you had to do was type "Chronoquest" "Chrono Quest" "Quest for the Chrono" etc in to defeat your opponents. There was a time limit of 5 minutes for each one, before they got to the front of the screen and screamed "CHRONOQUEST!" at you, at which point the game ended.

The title of the game was something like "Big Bird Thing" or "Adventures With Small Plastic Grid". Can anyone remember it?
