Intrigue is (c) 1990 Gold Disk and was programmed in 1989 by Adspec Programming.
I've just made a very interesting discovery! Found a disk on a CD called "Trio", which is a compilation with Silhouette, aforementioned Intrigue and Bouncer Shaker! All of these games are renamed (19XX)(-) in TOSEC. I have a strong assumption: This Trio compilation might be the only original form the programs were shipped. "Standalone versions" appear to be hacks or rips. Is anyone of you able to shed a bit more light on that? Thanks.

For the record:
Intrigue was also included in Gold Disk's Amiga-Complete along with Silhouette, Amiga-Complete Write (Word pro w/ spell checker), Amiga-Complete Paint (gfx prog) and Amiga-Complete Music (deluxe music style prog). |

Thanks. I think we can conclude that Silhouette was NEVER shipped alone on a disk, but always - at least - together with Intrigue.
Mind you, as we now know, there are versions with two ( => SPS) and three games on a disk. Last edited by andreas; 09 February 2008 at 14:48. |
