I have no idea. Maybe Mr 'DIP switch' DamienD can tell us more

It's tough taking a screenie. I just mapped "Pause" to my Dualshock's R1-Trigger and paused when I lost my last life in order to take a screenshot.
I know I won't ever reach the highscore-table myself.

Awesome game!

Just sucks that I suck at shmups. But it'll be interesting to see what xpect, TCD, Damien and other shmup-pros can accomplish (maybe even TF returns?)...

P.S. If someone else likes to play with the nice hq2x-scaler I suggest tracking down Mame32++ instead of MameUI.

I always used FRAPS. Only one key to everything. No hassle, no fuss.

Just found that...
So if you die in stage two (or any later stage) you can't take a picture of your complete score then. Should have played the game further when I tested it for the first round...
Seems like we should change to Gigawing then

No really, I can't see a way that we can make it work I'll give it an hour for someone to come up with a solution or I change the game to Gigawing. It also got 10 points and is almost the same anyway

Solution: always take a screenshot of the end-of-level-screen. And then where you died.
Last end-of-level-screenshot-score + score-where-you-died = total score

@xpect: Ah, forgot about Fraps. Right, I could just map the fraps-screenie-button to the joypad.

Not 2 but one for each level you pass, and your current score when you die!

You should state that people can't (or can?) mix and match there scores to make a better total!

On the end level score screen you see your total score (for all levels played), so we only need that and the one where you died. I know that is damn complicated, but I'm not going to make a poll about it

Most important : Choose the 'Lock on' extra weapon (like in the vid). This way you can concentrate on evading the shots and dammit there are lots ot them Stay at the bottom of the screen and of course try to get all the score multipliers (while evading the bullets...).

The red balls are the score multipliers. Haven't completely figured out how they work, but I think it's something like : killed enemies * red balls (* 10 or so).
