It's true. This game is hd installable and normally and don't bother to ask whdload install for hd installable games but this one is really buggy one...

where abouts does it crash Anti? I've been playing the original for a few days now and it's not crashed on me once. :confused

Having said that I've not got very far in the game. :p

Id got quite far before the crashes turned up. I believe it was when i was about to become a high ranking member in a Guild.
I could always dig up my saved games and Zone them for you Steve. Of course, maybe the saved files are corrupt? Its not something ive ever considered...

Bloody great game tho. Sad that they never did a sequel.
Tell you what Steve, if you manage to complete it without any crashes, let me know and i might give it another go myself!

Will do. :)

Don't upload your saved game though, it might spoil something.

Yes, very true. A LoV sequel would have rocked. Especially an AGA sequel with lovely graphics. It seemed they had the intention of making a sequel because on the Legends of Valour box it has an extra title at the bottom:

Volume 1 - The Dawning.

i second that, i loved the game as ugly it was and buggy, i still remember how log i waited for it after seen it on magazines. i rem also of having played it a morning in january 1993? 1994? under a snowstorm, the school being closed after the tubes carrying the water to coffe machine broken and some gallons of water invaded the atrium! can you believe it? they send us all 500/600 back at home!

after a quick check at HOL it seems it was also the last work of coders and graphicians at least on amiga that is known. alas.

Heyas, I have the original game which i played back in '93. It was smooth no bugs..and i finished the entire game. I thought it was awesome...graphics (for that time) and storyline/plot/complexity. What i am wondering...is was there ever a sequel...or game similar to that...coz i luved it!! (lol i still have a dos system kicking around in the basement :crazy

as far as a whd install is concerned mind, theres all those awful bugs to consider - might be a nightmare.
