Actually, there's someone else I know who is looking for this one, and he asked me to request the name here. :)
Well here I go...
It was a sort of jump'n run. You collected a lot of stuff, amongst it a vacuum cleaner. If you had that vacuum cleaner, you could mount it and fly through the air.
Another thing he remembers is that you had an umbrella you used as a parachute.
