With quite a bit of help from a member here I now have a Classic Workbench running within U-UAE and very nice it looks :)
I have a question regarding loading speeds within Workbench.
Is there a way to speed up folders loading and Programs, or is
the speed issue just down to my machine speed and emulation ?

Reduce the onscreen colours to 16, it should be much quicker (you can do it under the Screenmode settings) :great

Thanks, that helped, settled on 32, not a real lot of difference between 16,32 or 64, but it does help, thanks again.
As I have said, I cannot believe how much Amiga workbench stuff I have forgotten, I can recall messing with Startup-Sequences way back then, not going anywhere near one now :D

The only other thing is to use a lighter Classic Workbench package, the Full (http://classicwb.abime.net/classicweb/full.htm) pack would run better :)
If you need me to help you out with the System.zip again let me know, it's very quick for me to do that here with WinUAE :great
Steve.
