i just dont fancy soldering that fpga chip lol.

For £10, I doubt it as the spartan chips are around £50 if I recall.

And yeah, you need at least the board and all custom components (including the chips). As for resistors, connectors etc, you can complete it without them.

Apparently they have C4 packs for up to 300g here (http://www.royalmail.com/delivery/delivery-options-international/airsure/prices), so if that's enough I'd be happy to pay £20. I'd need a pic of what I'm getting before paying. And if £10 doesn't cover the postage just let me know how it's sent and what it costs.

Have I understood this correctly - what I get is what is in that picture and I will have to order the correct chips and program them myself?

If the non-custom components were missing that would be okay.

But - I can only buy this if I can finish it by ordering standard discrete component, solder, and done. If that is so then just say the word and money's on the way :) If not, I'm out.
