Convert different kind modules

I have to convert some custom modules and Jason Page modules into, for example, less-exotic modules, like noisetracker, med to modify them with Octamed.

How can i do this?

I have tried Perverter without success, next days i will try ProWizard.

You can only convert Protracker like format (packed protracker). Jason page is for example an own format which can't be converted to ptk (different effects, synthetic samples, replay routine etc...). Same things for Custom module. Somebody start do do a Note2Note converter as a Deli-Genie but it was never released afaik.
