Found on another forum, can anybody help.

------------------------------------------------------------

It is a shoot em up
Single Disk (not 100%, but pretty sure)
It has incredible music and speak throughout game.
It is a Galaga style game, NOT side scrolling.
I think a wave of alien at the end of each level were planets, and they used to spin around and get pretty damn fast if you didn't blow them up in time.

The menu screen used to advertise the game like it was going to be Star Trek, by saying "Discover new Worlds, meet new aliens" and when you thought it would say something like "to boldly go" it would say "Then blow them to pieces"

How's that...anyone clever enough to remember this one. There is a SMALL chance, it may have even been PD, and i think the music was done by someone VERY famous in the Amiga Scene.

Thanks for your time.

Are you really sure it is an Amiga game? The description matches an ancient C64 game called Mega Apocalypse. The game is produced in 1987 by a software company called Martech. The music was provided by Rob Hubbard and is a remix of the Crazy Comets theme, the precessor of this very game.
The action takes place on a static screen with a whirring 3d-like star background. The baddies are bouncing planets which you must destroy before they grow larger.

Picture below is taken from the C64 game.

It's a japanese name, I took it from the movie by Katsuhiro Otomo with the same name... It actually means "intelligence" :)
