Finally got my emulated hard disk working and I now have workbench installed. I now want to install so games to the harddisk. One in particular is Arcade Pool.

I know I need to use WHDLOAD but I've been to the site and read what it has to offer, I've also downloaded the program but I still haven't got a clue how to use it.

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial that explains how to use whdload? or alternatively can anyone offer me any tips.

I'm sure this will be useful to many new users.

It should be easy:

First, download the user-package from www.whdload.de, unpack it, double click the install icon and you have installed the base package.

Second, download a install package for the game you want, unpack it, double click the install icon and insert the original game disk(s) (some works with cracked games, too).

There are even some already installed games available on sites like back2roots.org, tomtoms hd-games etc.
Use google to find them.

Third, be sure that your (emulated) amiga have enough memory, the requirements are listed in the readmes.

Does WHDLOAD only work for Original Disks then? Or can I use my ADF's

Like I said, only some work with cracks. If the ADF is a copy of an original (from factor5 for example) it works, if it is a crack: good luck.
