This may be of use. I wonder how it performs with certain copy-protections (if at all)?
Hard to say, I remember using a machine years ago that was used to duplicate both the C64 & Amiga versions of the Maverick software. It was done in-house and could do quite a few disks per hour. It used the an old XT based machine with special interfaces and disk hoppers for either 5.25" or 3.5" disk duplication. I think it was quite a bit extra to be able to duplicate custom disk formats but can't say for sure as I was not privvy to the price of the machine :(
Seems to me it's more to do with the software that controls the interface that's important as I think this would determine what kinds of disk formats it could dupe or not.
EDIT: Here's what you want Twistin' :D

Hehe...cool. But no, I personally don't want one. I was just kinda curious if that unit had the ability to change speeds and stuff for duplicating some of the tricky protections. I notice it mentioned MFM, but that could mean several different things.
Those units at the link you posted...some pretty gnarley systems there! Anxiously awaiting one to show up on ebay! :cheese
