Once in my amiga magazine was there a diskett with a cannon fodder demo or something. You played just like you did in cannon fodder but you were on a football field instead.
Does anyone remember the name and can someone upload it to the zone.

That was Cannon fodder X-mas edition as far as I recall. A coverdisk I believe. I'll upload.

Wasn't this coverdisk originally copy-protected?
I could be wrong here, but I just had a feeling...

Yes. It (Cannon Soccer) was on Amiga Format coverdisk 54-B. Assuming that this is the same version, that is. I even have a nibwarp of that disk here on my hard drive that I made before my Amiga took a vacation.

Yes it was the Amiga Format coverdisk. It was called Cannon Soccer. I believe it came on a Green transparent disk, well, mine did :)
Level 1:You had to make your way to the bottom of the football field, while trying to hide from that helicopter. There was a turret gun at the bottom and several houses you had to blow up.
Level 2 was good: An artic scene. After fighting your way through, you could pilot a helicoptor and try and shoot the enemy 'coptor down.
Hope that helps

Okay, I think I have this coverdisk somewhere (mine was also green) so I will image it.
(This is with our tool, but it will probably end up being in the TOSEC Coverdisk database in the release format - along with all the other copy protected coverdisks we have so far (quite a few)).

Fiath, I also have some copy-protected demo disks from Psygnosis that I need to image when I get them. I have worked out a shipping payment plan with my ex-roomie to start sending my stuff over, so it shouldn't be too long before I have all of my remaining missing Amiga disks. Likewise, Pyromania is being extremely instrumental in getting me up and running with a kick-ass real Amiga, which I'll speak more about soon. But I should be up and running with making WHD and CAPS dumps soon.
