Hi There!

Very rusty on the Amiga and looking for a bit of help if possible.

How on WHDLOAD can I set NoCache settings up. It's been about three years since I last dusted off my Amiga emulation and I can remember nothing, which is pretty ironic since I got an Amiga tower kicking around the loft that I got off eBay a few years ago!

Any help would be very much appricahted.

Thank you.

Hi [Mr_L],

welcome back :)
You can set the NoCache tooltype by clicking on the icon of the game hold down the right mouse button and select 'Icon -> Informations'. In the lower right of this window you see which tooltypes are already defined. Either make a new line with just 'NOCACHE' in it or remove the ';' if a line with it already exists. Hope that was of some help.

is there a way to make it a global setting ?
I need to put it pretty much everything on my 040 ...
whdload.prefs didn't work.

In this thread (http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=34854) there's a bit about the NoCache option and thee is a 'chipnocache' global option you could try coze :)
