I share a PS/2 keyboard and mouse between my Amiga and PC via a Belkin KVM switch, but the Cocolino PS/2 adapter on the Amiga seems to cause trouble for the KVM and I have to unplug it to switch machines. This is veeery annoying!
Is there another PS/2->Amiga mouse adapter I could try? Is anyone using it with a Belkin KVM switch?

If you have a network connection between your PC and your Amiga you can use VNC without the gfx component.
PC must be the server and Amiga the viewer.

I've ethernet between them. Is there a working OS3.x VNC server?

You dont need a server, you need a viewer.
I *think* I use the TwinVNC viewer launched with a NODISPLAY tooltype to stop decoding/displaying the PC's GFX

But here is another

I have the fortunate situation of 3 * 19" LCD monitors so I don't need a monitor switcher.
Amiga | Linux | PC
The Amiga isnt switched on all that much these days so I tend to use the Linux workstation to control the PC using a tool called X2VNC
The Amiga needs to be the Viewer/Client and not the server because the keyboard and mouse need to be plugged into the Amiga so that they work in games.
Only issue I have with my setup is that some older games on the PC knock out the VNC server by banging the video card registers directly.

Hmm, I think I'd prefer a hardware solution. The Amiga isn't on so much, so running the PC's keyboard and mouse though it wouldn't be ideal.

I found a similar, ready-built one on eBay and took a punt on it. I'll let you know how it works out :great
