A4000 Tower

Just letting you guys know about a possible sale coming up for an Amiga 4000 Tower system with a Cybervision 3D , 060 Board, and a whole host of other goodies that i can't go into detail about because a guy i work told me that his brother might be selling it and not him. One other thing he did tell me though is that its been sealed up in a box for the last 13 years!!!!

I am not sure if there is a battery leak after all that time but going by what he is telling me, his brother is very pedantic about things he owns, so this could be one of the nicest Amiga Towers around today!?

If anyone is interested, i will keep you posted and i will try and give you more details one what is actually in it ;)

If it is a proper A4000T and not a regular A4000 squeezed into a tower then it will have a coin type battery and should be safe from leakage. Either way let me know what the story is when its ready and I may be in a position to make a reasonable offer.

No it is a "proper" A4000 Tower, so that is good news in regards to the battery :) I will keep you updated mate on its status so ebay can be avoided and it can be a direct sale to you :great

Sorry buddy, its not me selling the system its the brother of a guy i work with that is selling it, but he would most likely go through me to get the system sold which is why i posted on here. I highly doubt whether he would part with only the CV64 mate, although i could ask but i doubt it :(

hope it goes cheaply, I'd have a crack myself but I never fire up my 4000D these days. Unfortunately a huge lack of free time due to work..
