Action Replay in WinUAE...how?

Sorry if this is an old question but Ive downloaded AR3 for WinUAE. How do I use it? Ive never used one before.
Ive had a look through the posts but cant seem to find any guides or tips on how to get started with it. :confused

When you have configured WinUAE to use the AR3, you can activate it with the <PgUp> key.

I've uploaded the user's manual to the zone. It is a .PDF file.

ok for the PGup but for to return to the game? what's the key? help!
is there available still some doc for the AR? i'm running it as a rom in winuae and the version is the mk3. sorry if it's explained in another thread or (worse!) in some doc in winuae archive, i've just spent an hour sorting in the documentation both there and online

You unfreeze by typing:

x

and hitting return..

You really should find yourself a manual for the AR - there are so many features.

@ Jope: thanks! and i'll followyour advice too. also today i've downloaded some stuff inside the LSD disks @legal emu with guides. not read yet.
@Toni: Thanks to you too, but for the the understand of all of that stuff i feel that i have to read a vocaboulary :shocked

I used Macic Trainer Creator in windows, and if you are into it, and you have not Winxp, i suggest to try it since is really cool. but here is really another world! AR have a hell of features!
