Ok. I have much problems with WHDLoad games.
First: I have Apollo 1240/25 MHz and 32 MB RAM. I've mapped Kickstart 3.1 (because my Amiga has Kickstart 3.0, and I've installed OS3.9, without Kick3.1 OS3.9 doesn't boot). I'm using RemApollo and I load also first 4 OS Modules (they was ripped from file Amiga OS ROM Update). And I'm registered user of WHDLoad and using the latest version 16.8.
Second: Almost ANY game refuses to work with WHDLoad. Often I've got a message "resload_called with unacceptable arguments" I've tested many tooltypes (nommu, novbrmove, nocaches) - nothing works. Sometimes helps tooltype exp24bit, but only sometimes. Even booting without Startup-sequence and without loading OS_modules/Kickstart 3.1 doesn't help.
I've read many post from this forum, and I can't understand one thing: When WHDLoad, and all installs are created to help with loading old Amiga games on faster Amigas, why WHDload refuses to work with processors 040/060? They are more incompatible than 030 - which works almost perfect with WHDLoad. But what with owners of Apollo/Blizzard 040/060 accelerators? Old games cause MORE problems with 040/060 than with 030...In most cases, 030 isn't a barrier to run old games...
